gāyatrī mantram
ōṃ bhūrbhuvaḥ svaḥ |
tat savitur varēṇyaṃ |
bhargō dēvasya dhīmahi |
dhiyō yō naḥ pracōdayāt ||
Meaning:
We meditate on that most adorable, supreme and enchanting luster of the radiant Solar community (Savitr). May that divine light inspire and guide our intellect in the right direction.
