Draksharamam is another of the five Pancharama Kshetras, enshrining Shiva as Bhimeswara Swamy alongside the goddess Manikyamba, who is separately revered as one of the eighteen Shakti Peethas — making this one of the rare sites sacred to both traditions at once.
పంచారామ క్షేత్రాల్లో మరొకటైన ద్రాక్షారామంలో శివుడు భీమేశ్వర స్వామిగా, పార్వతి మాణిక్యాంబగా కొలువుదీరారు. మాణిక్యాంబ దేవి పద్దెనిమిది శక్తిపీఠాల్లో ఒకటిగా కూడా పూజలందుకోవడం ఈ క్షేత్రాన్ని శైవ, శాక్తేయ సంప్రదాయాలు రెండింటికీ పవిత్రస్థలంగా చేస్తుంది.
